How often can I have a massage?
For those who use massage as a preventative care or to eliminate daily stress, a massage a month is recommended. Weekly sessions are preferred by clients who receive massages to relieve injuries or get rid of chronic pain that annoys you in your daily life. There are many people who schedule massage therapy at least twice a month for optimal therapeutic relief.
How long does the massage last?
The average body massage treatment takes about an hour. A half-hour appointment only allows time for a local massage treatment, such as neck and shoulders, back or legs. Many of our customers prefer a period of 60 to 90 minutes for optimal relaxation. Always allow extra relaxation time before and after the session.
Will I get hurt during the massage?
This depends on the type of massage and the depth of massage. A light, relaxing massage that does not push the muscles too deep should not cause pain. A good massage, even a deep tissue massage, should always leave you with a generally good feeling.
